For detailed information concerning this activation, please visit my website www.d2ak.freewebspace.com/ (website currently under construction)
On the website you will find bandplans & operating times, QSL procedure, photo gallery, guestbook and more.
I commenced operation on the 7th May 2010 from the Ilhe Do Cabo approximately 50 metres from the beach in the capital Luanda, and expect to be here for the next 12 months. I will be very active, operating on HF most day's for the entire duration of my stay.
Working conditions are an Icom IC7000, 100 Watts output, MFJ 929 Auto Atu and Inverted Vee resonant wire antennae.
I will be QRV on 80 to 10 metres including WARC bands using SSB and CW.
I will be transmitting on the following frequencies +/- 10 kHz to allow for QRM.
CW 3.503 MHz, 7.003 MHz, 10.103 MHz, 14.003 MHz, 18.073 MHz, 21.003 MHz, 24.893 MHz and 28.003 MHz +/- to allow for qrm.
DIRECT QSL ONLY to:
ANDREW KITCHEN 4 DAIRY COTTAGE, NEWTON HALL FARM, BANK NEWTON SKIPTON, NORTH YORKSHIRE, BD23 3NT., England - U.K.
Please include a self addressed envelope with 2 Green Stamps US Dollars. No IRC's.
Any cards received direct with insufficient postage will not be returned.
QSL cards will be returned approximately every 3 to 4 months when I return to the UK.
If you have not received your qsl card within 6 months of our qso, please send me an email and I will check my log to confirm if I have received your qsl or not.
If you would like an EQSL, I will send you one upon receipt of yours, however my preferred method of confirming our qso is direct with paper cards.
Apologies I do not participate in LOTW.
I hope that for many of you, I can give you a new DXCC entity and therefore help you towards your DXCC and other awards etc. As I expect the openings to be very short, please be courteous to your fellow operators and me, and do not call when I have acknowledged a station. This will minimise the qrm and delay, thereby allowing me to maximise the number of stations that I can possibly contact within the small opening time available.
Application to the ARRL has been submitted for DXCC credit and is therefore currently pending.
I would very much appreciate, if whenever heard, if you could please spot me on the various dx clusters on the Internet? This is a tremendous benefit and certainly helps me to work as many stations as possible.
I look forward to contacting as many of you as possible, wishing you good luck and best 73.

Sang, DS4NMJ, will once again be active as DT8A from South Korea’s Antarctic King Sejong Station which is located in the Barton Peninsula, South Shetland Islands (IOTA AN-010) for 14 months. Activity on 160-10 meters – CW, SSB and RTTY. QSL via HL2FDW
If you were happy to contact French Polynesia, and if you have a little free time, you can let a little message in the guestbook on my website. Tnx.
How to get the QSL :
Via the Logbook Of The World of l'ARRL. It's the most sure way to get the confirmation.
Via QSL manager F8BPN via bureau or direct.
For direct QSL, we request a little particpation in order to have much money to send you back the QSL.
For French stations, please use self-adressed enveloppe and one french stamp with your QSL request.
For stations in European Union, please send one self-adressed QSL and 1 IRC (from your country) or 1 "green stamp".
For stations outside of European Union, please use 1 IRC from your country or 2 "green-stamps".
Please, if you use IRC. Please use IRC from your country, it is very important. French postal service don't want to convert IRC from Europe to "outside europe's postage".Or if you really prefer IRC, please join two european IRC instead of one. Thanks.
All QSL without sufficient IRC or "green-stamps" will be returned via the bureau.
All direct QSL must be sent to :
MAURICETTE MARTIN 10 Imp. Marie Rose GUILLOT 19240 VARETZ FRANCE

01.06.2010 1.Juni: Drop In Kl 19:00 Tingvold Grendehus Kaffeeansvarlig: LA8VIA Stedfortreder: LA7SKA
